Meet Our CEO & Founder

Tiffany Gamble is the Founder and CEO of New Journey Housing, a mission-driven organization focused on providing safe, clean, and affordable shared living and independent housing for adults navigating life transitions.

Born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Tiffany brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work. She has spent over 17 years in the medical field, is a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), and currently works as a Case Manager, giving her a practical and compassionate perspective on the challenges people face in securing stable housing.

Tiffany earned her Medical Assistant certification from Fortis College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her combination of education and hands-on experience allows her to deeply understand the systems, barriers, and real-life challenges faced by the adults she serves.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has worked directly with seniors, adults experiencing homelessness, individuals with mental health diagnoses, those with substance use challenges, people with chronic medical conditions, and individuals reentering the community after incarceration. These experiences shaped her belief that housing must be more than a temporary place to stay—it must provide stability, dignity, and a true foundation for a new beginning.

In October 2025, Tiffany opened New Journey Housing’s newest Independent Living Facility, in Richmond VA marking a major milestone in the organization’s growth. The program offers structured shared living environments that promote independence, stability, and long-term success, while allowing residents to move forward confidently in their new journey.

In addition to her work in housing, Tiffany is also the Founder and CEO of Powered by Faith, a faith-based community for women, and an active leader within the National Network of Christian Men and Women (NNCMW). She serves as an NNCMW President’s Club Member and NNCMW Chapter Leader, where she connects with, supports, and collaborates with fellow entrepreneurs and leaders nationwide. Her leadership is rooted in integrity, compassion, and purpose.

Outside of her professional roles, Tiffany is guided by her faith and grounded in family, purpose, and personal growth. She is a mom of three who enjoys good food, traveling, and exploring new experiences. In her downtime, she loves listening to R&B music, spending quality time with her children and family, and savoring the everyday moments that bring joy and meaning to life.

As New Journey Housing continues to grow and evolve, Tiffany remains committed to providing housing that empowers individuals to embrace their new journey. She envisions expanding to multiple homes and communities nationwide, creating lasting impact and helping address the growing housing gap for adults in need.
