What sets New Journey Housing apart is that there is no credit check, or no high deposit. We do not administer medications, provide transportation, or cook for our residents. Instead, we provide a shared living environment where we focus on independence, affordability, safety, and community.
Meet Our CEO & Founder
Tiffany Gamble is the Founder and CEO of New Journey Housing, a mission-driven organization focused on providing safe, clean, and affordable shared living and independent housing for adults navigating life transitions.
Born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Tiffany brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work.
She has spent over 17 years in the medical field, is a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), and currently works as a Case Manager, giving her a practical and compassionate perspective on the challenges people face in securing stable housing.

At New Journey Housing, we understand that housing is only one piece of the journey. By partnering with food banks, churches, ministries, and community organizations, we can provide the additional support our residents need to thrive.
